We don't just deliver solutions, we work alongside your team to continuously adapt, improve, and support your growth.
ArtAc was founded in 2015 by Aviram Alter and Asaf Ophir, two passionate engineers with over 40 years of combined experience in technology. We've been part of the evolution — from the days when servers were packed in metal racks to today's complex, cloud-native architectures. Over the years, we've designed, built, and managed large-scale production systems that run mission-critical workloads every day.
Asaf leads business development, operations, and client relationships. His approach is direct, transparent, and built on the belief that long-term trust is the only sustainable business model.
Aviram is a DevOps architect who has been building and managing cloud infrastructure for over two decades. He leads technical delivery, trains every engineer we place, and mentors them throughout their engagement.
"I was introduced to ArtAc back in 2020, when I was VP of R&D at Walkme and needed a Devops expert to join my team as a full time member. In just a few days I realized that it was a perfect match, There were no loose ends, ArtAc was on top of everything.
In 2023, I left Walkme began working at Zesty as a VP of R&D. I added an Artac employee to the Devops team in Zesty, a second one six months later, and a third one a year later. Since I trust ArtAc, it was safer and faster for me to use ArtAc services to get the results I needed. For three years, Artac's employees were members of our teams, full time. Top quality service, professionalism, transparency and availability on regular and stressed times.
I have no doubt that for any future Devops needs, I will always turn to Artac first."

"ArtAc employees have been the entirety of the Devops in Temi for more than 7 years, and its Devops professionals have built the entirety of Temi's cloud infrastructure. I took over working with the team when I started in the role in 2020 and never looked back. We have a close intimate relationship that allowed me over the years to flexibly change the scope of the role from part-time to full-time, deal with complex technical issues and significantly lower our cloud costs.
Artac has a brilliant combination of high level Devops skills and a human approach that reflects in transparency and honesty."

"We got to know ArtAc in mid-2025 after our DevOps team lead left unexpectedly. We tried to find a suitable candidate for the role, but couldn't find someone who was both professionally qualified and aligned with our culture. We reached ArtAc through a recommendation, met with Aviram and Asaf face-to-face, and there was a great atmosphere in the room.
After a short and focused negotiation, we signed an agreement with no long-term commitment, under which we received DevOps services from ArtAc for a few days each month. The value was tremendous. We built a relationship of trust, and toward the end of the year we signed an agreement for all of 2026, under which ArtAc manages our DevOps team.
It didn't take long before we saw a significant increase in output alongside a substantial decrease in incidents. Working with ArtAc showed us that quality is no less important than quantity. The interpersonal relationships with everyone at ArtAc are excellent, and we truly feel that we've found a long-term partner."
Robotemi came to us with a simple AWS setup — a monolithic API and a handful of EC2 machines. The challenge: transform that into a multi-region, highly available, production-ready architecture while the engineering team stayed focused on the product.
We rebuilt the environments in Terraform to eliminate manual errors, broke the monolith into Dockerised microservices deployed on AWS ECS, and made every component highly available across all the regions where Robotemi's customers operated.
A unique challenge emerged: robots sold in China needed to communicate with those outside it, through the Great Firewall. Working with Alibaba Cloud partners, VPNs, and proxy servers, we bridged Alibaba and AWS to give all robots fast, reliable connectivity.
With comprehensive production monitoring and alerting in place, Robotemi's infrastructure now scales without drama.
Zesty ran over 100 AWS Lambda functions — fast to build on, but increasingly difficult to govern as the company scaled. They needed unified deployment standards and a production-grade Kubernetes backend without slowing down their developers.
We designed a "Global Pipeline" now used across 200+ repositories. It auto-detects language (Python, Go) and deployment type, so developers move fast while meeting high security standards out of the box.
On the infrastructure side, we provisioned production-grade EKS clusters with Terraform, tuned Karpenter for cost-efficient autoscaling, and set up ArgoCD for GitOps-style deployments.
We also co-built a "DevOps API" that lets developers spin up clusters on demand. Zesty's Kubernetes environment is now stable, highly available, and built to scale with the product.
